Journalist Almer Toska: Balluku’s turn is coming; Rama abandoned Agasi so the former deputy prime minister could be targeted!

Journalist Almer Toska, appearing on News24’s “Minuta e Parë,” commented on the latest scandals involving former SHISH director Vlora Hyseni and businessman Ergys Agasi.

Toska said Belinda Balluku and her group would be targeted next, after SPAK’s action against Ergys Agasi and his network in the state and its institutions.

Almer Toska: It was Edi Rama who felt proud of her and defended her. They met every week at one of the residences outside Tirana. She reported on the state of crime. Belinda Balluku managed the rest. They were two rival groups, with Rama’s approval, so they would clash with each other and not come after him. Ergys Agasi and Belinda Balluku had a very close relationship in 2022–2023, as they did with Vlora Hyseni, but Rama did not want that, and they split. The fight was over money and power, not over taking Edi Rama’s seat.

Vlora Hyseni joined Ergys Agasi after realizing that he was the prime minister. She served Agasi only by allowing cocaine trafficking in Albania, which Gysi carried out constantly through the Port of Durrës. One of the Durrës groups was the Troplini family. SPAK also targeted the Troplini family. There is also talk of murders. Ergys Agasi had been promoted by this family to guarantee their power. The latest detail in this case is that one of Agasi’s phones, believed to have contained communications with Edi Rama, is thought to have been destroyed by the police and replaced. That phone, with the conversations between Agasi and Rama, cannot be found. In my opinion, Agasi met with Rama three days before he was arrested. Rama wanted to abandon Agasi so that it would be the other side’s turn to be targeted. Belinda Balluku’s turn is coming, because we are talking about integration.
