Avdullah Hoti, a member of parliament from the Democratic League of Kosovo, has shared his thoughts after the news that more than 150 signatures have been collected to call an extraordinary assembly within the party.
In a brief reaction on social media, Hoti emphasized that the core of LDK’s strength lies in its membership base, not in individual figures. “No one is above the LDK and its membership,” he wrote, adding that the party is led by collective will and not by personal ambitions.

The announcement of the submission of signatures came earlier in the day from Armend Zemaj, an elected MP, at a time when calls for the dismissal of the current chairman, Lumir Abdixhiku, are growing louder within the ranks of the LDK.
