Gani Geci reveals details of the meeting with Lirim Mehmetaj’s family – the reconciliation was mediated by two MPs

Although journalist Lirim Mehmetaj publicly distanced himself from the statements made by Vetëvendosje MP Fatos Geci, the latter’s uncle, Gani Geci, has now also entered the stage of debates.

He shared with his followers a memory of the old agreement that was signed between the two families – Geci and Mehmetaj – a process facilitated by MPs Anton Quni and Fadil Hadergjonaj.

According to his account, during the meeting held at the “Garden” restaurant, both parties agreed on a reconciliation, promising that they would no longer attack each other – neither Lirim Mehmetaj nor members of the Geci family – neither through writings nor through appearances on television screens.

Under the care of Anton Quni and Fadil Hadergjonaj, at the Garden restaurant, Ismet Mehmetaj, Lirim’s father, his brother Rinori, and Gani Geci sat at one table.

There, reconciliation was reached between the families, with the promise that neither Lirim Mehmetaj nor anyone from the Geci family would write about or speak about each other in the media.
