A road accident was recorded on Friday morning in Sarandë, at the intersection of “Onhezmi” and “Skënderbeu” streets, where a vehicle went off the road and crashed into the protective barrier.
Preliminary information shows that a French citizen was driving a “Mercedes-Benz” vehicle and lost control of the car, causing considerable material damage.

Despite the crash, no injuries were reported and the driver escaped unharmed.
Sarandë Traffic Police services immediately went to the scene and subjected the driver to an alcohol test. The result was 0.00 mg/l, confirming that he had not consumed alcohol.
Police are continuing the investigation to clarify the circumstances of the accident and determine the cause of the loss of control of the vehicle.
