Four People Rob Post Office in Yrshek, Packages Investigated for Illegal Items; Suspected Vehicle Found in Flames

The warehouses of a postal company in Yrshek were robbed in the early hours of the morning by four as-yet-unidentified individuals, who took three packages.

Preliminary information indicates that the incident occurred at around 01:10. After obtaining the packages, the perpetrators fled the scene.

The contents of the stolen shipments are not yet known. The postal company’s staff are conducting an inventory to identify the packages that were taken, the people in whose names they had been ordered, and where they had been sent from.

According to sources, one line of inquiry being examined by investigators is the possibility that one of the packages contained illegal items. However, this remains a suspicion that is expected to be confirmed after checks are completed.

Inside the business premises, police officers also seized a toy pistol that the robbers had dropped. Meanwhile, a vehicle suspected of having been used by the perpetrators to flee was found burning in the “Sorraj” neighborhood of Kashar.

Police are continuing their investigation to identify and apprehend the four people involved in the robbery.
