The fire has been brought under control, but the flames flare up from time to time because of the dry trunks and the wind.
Firefighters and forestry service employees from the Municipality of Klos are currently on the ground, intervening to prevent the situation from getting out of control.
The area affected by the flames is considerable, while the fire is suspected to have been deliberately started.
However, the State Police has not yet detained or identified any suspects in connection with the case.
