A serious incident occurred at the “Dr. Gerson dos Santos Peres” Public School, in Brazil’s Pará state, where a 17-year-old student is suspected of attacking her teacher with a knife.
The conflict began after the girl was dissatisfied with the result she received on an exam and got into an argument with the teacher. The situation escalated when the 17-year-old approached her while holding a knife.

The teacher tried to calm the student through communication and prevent the situation from escalating, but her intervention did not stop the conflict.
During the struggle, she suffered several minor knife wounds. According to reports, the teacher’s condition is good.
After the incident, police arrived at the school and detained the 17-year-old student.
Authorities have opened an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident and determine the student’s legal responsibility.
The case has caused concern in the school community, while the investigation continues.
