Vlora Çitaku, secretary general of the PDK, announced that her party could withdraw the cases it has filed with the Constitutional Court if the Vetëvendosje Movement publicly guarantees that it will vote for the draft law amending and supplementing the Law on Specialist Chambers.

According to Çitaku, a public commitment by LVV on this issue is the condition that must be met before the cases are withdrawn from the Constitutional Court.
In her reaction, she said that if LVV publicly commits to voting for the draft law submitted today to amend and supplement the Law on Specialist Chambers, undertakes to fully cover defense costs, and handles this process with the appropriate state responsibility, the PDK is ready to withdraw the cases from the Constitutional Court as early as tomorrow.
