Ergys Agasi has been arrested in Elbasan, after being wanted by the police since December 2025 in connection with investigations into tenders of the National Agency for the Information Society (AKSHI).
Agasi was arrested during an operation conducted by the Police in the city of Elbasan.

According to publicly available data, Ergys Agasi was declared wanted in December 2025, and had been elusive to the authorities for months.
His arrest in Elbasan gives a new development to the issue related to the AKSHI tenders.
