Berisha’s accusation: Rama used Vlora Hyseni to spy on opposition figures and rivals within the Socialist Party! Diplomatic missions were also recorded

In his communication with citizens on social media, Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha leveled serious accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama and the former head of the State Intelligence Service, Vlora Hyseni, stressing that the latter was used to surveil the opposition and political rivals within the Socialist Party.

Berisha declared that the activities of former SHISH head Vlora Hyseni served the interests of drug cartels and ran counter to Albania’s national interests.

“Rama used Vlora Hyseni to serve the drug cartels and act against the country’s interests. He used Vlora Hyseni to surveil the Albanian opposition and his rivals within the Socialist Party. Hundreds of illegal recordings were made of opposition figures. Every state secret, including TIMS data, was transferred to the drug cartels and Albania’s enemies,” Berisha said, stressing that “Vlora Hyseni turned SHISH into a den for criminals and delinquents and an appendage of criminal organizations.”

Berisha went further, saying that Ergys Agasi’s criminal group had used AKSHI and Vlora Hyseni to record diplomatic missions as well.

“Vlora Hyseni appears to be a member of Europe’s most dangerous structured criminal group, Ergys Agasi’s group. The group used AKSHI and Vlora Hyseni to record opposition figures and diplomatic missions, in flagrant violation of the Vienna Convention,” the Democratic Party leader said.
