Ardian Gjini meets high-level state and diplomatic delegation from France

Alliance chairman Ardian Gjini welcomed a high-level state and diplomatic delegation from France.

During the meeting, Gjini welcomed France’s newly appointed ambassador to Kosovo, H.E. Jean-François Huchet, and wished him success in his new mission.

In talks with the French delegation, which also included French Senate senators Marta de Cidrac, Laurence Harribey, Alain Milon and Arnaud Bazin and was led by Marta de Cidrac, Gjini emphasized the importance of cooperation and coordination with Kosovo’s strategic allies.

He said that, in the face of the current challenges and the historic processes through which our people are passing, partnership with allies is essential.

The parties held extensive discussions on the support France can provide to Kosovo in its integration processes, particularly regarding membership in the Council of Europe, as well as the Alliance’s vision for a developed state fully integrated into the European family.

Gjini underlined that Kosovo needs France’s support, describing it as a strong and indispensable partner in the country’s state-building journey.
