Arben Gashi Ahead of LDK Assembly: It Is Time to Clearly Define the Party’s Identity

Arben Gashi, an LDK MP, has described the Assembly being held on Thursday as a pivotal moment for the political party’s future and the course it aims to offer Kosovo.

In a social media post, Gashi called on the LDK to clarify its identity and establish itself as a party with strong leadership, clearly defined principles and a vision for the years ahead.

He said the decisions made at the Assembly would determine not only the LDK’s future path, but also how the party will serve citizens and rebuild their trust.

If we want to change Kosovo, we must first clearly define what the LDK stands for.

The LDK Assembly, which will be held on Thursday at 18:00, is much more than a statutory meeting. At that moment, the course of the Democratic League of Kosovo will be determined, along with the direction we can offer the country in the years ahead.

Now is the time to put reason before emotion, ideals before narrow interests and vision before short-term calculations. This is precisely where the foundations of the future LDK will be laid: a party with a clearly defined identity, strong leadership, unwavering values and the courage to lead.

What is decided on Thursday is not only about the present. These decisions will determine how we conduct politics, how we serve citizens and how we build renewed trust in the LDK.

Kosovo needs a strong LDK. Strengthening it begins with fair, wise choices and a long-term vision.

The future will not wait for us. The time has come to build it.
