Albanian reappears on the welcome sign at the Tabanoc border crossing

Immediately after an image showing that the Albanian language was missing from the official welcome sign at the border was circulated, swift intervention by the competent authorities resolved the problem.

Mustafa Dauti, deputy director of the Customs Administration, posted a video on social media platforms announcing the restoration of the Albanian inscription, accompanied by the words: “Welcome!”

This immediate response demonstrates the commitment of VLEN officials to guaranteeing and implementing the lawful rights of Albanians in practice.

Unlike in the past, when such cases were ignored, institutions are now intervening swiftly and correcting irregularities without any delay.

The return of the Albanian language to that sign represents further proof that bodies under the leadership of VLEN representatives are acting with full responsibility and determination to protect the equality and dignity of every citizen.
