Abdixhiku Confirms LDK Will Resume Talks with VV on Forming Institutions

Lumir Abdixhiku, reconfirmed as leader of the LDK, announced that his party will resume discussions on forming new institutions starting tomorrow.

He expressed gratitude to the delegates of the Extraordinary Assembly for once again placing their trust in his leadership.

Abdixhiku said that, following a brief interruption, the LDK adopted a declaration and a decision regarding the political situation in Kosovo. According to him, most delegates supported efforts to ensure institutional stability and avoid snap elections, which would be the fourth in a row.

The LDK leader announced that the suspension of discussions has been lifted as of now and that the party is ready to hold talks on the institutions. He explained that common principles would first be established with the LVV, followed by discussions on the allocation of positions.
