The State Market Inspectorate conducted 410 inspections across Macedonia from 07.09.2026 to 13.09.2026. As a result, 119 misdemeanor payment orders were issued, with a total value of over 3,479,150 denars.

The Inspectorate announced that 15 warnings were also issued, on the basis of which inspections will be conducted during the coming period in accordance with the law.
According to the announcement, the State Market Inspectorate, using all the resources at its disposal, conducts ongoing inspections within its remit to ensure compliance with legal regulations. The institution operates in accordance with the law, as well as its annual and monthly work plans. In addition to regular inspections, inspectors also review reports submitted by citizens and other institutions, in accordance with legal regulations.
