Appearing on the Prime News24 program, Democratic Party MP Saimir Korreshi responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama’s statement that students’ parents should pay for damage caused by protesters.
Korreshi challenged the head of government, asking who would answer for the billions that, according to him, Balluku and her associates had stolen.

The Democratic MP said that the funds illegally obtained by this government would be enough to meet the students’ demands and make Albania a much better place.
Saimir Korreshi: You get to Europe by taking money from those who have stolen it.
The prime minister told the teenagers that their parents would pay for the sidewalk tiles. But who will take the billions of euros that Balluku and her entourage have cost the state? Who will pay for them? The Supreme State Audit Institution says billions of euros have been stolen. This government must return the money that was looted.
According to Korreshi, with the money stolen by this government, students could have stayed in dormitories for 50 years.
