The proceedings were suspended after Vetëvendosje MPs did not support Vlora Çitaku in the vote for the post of deputy speaker of the Assembly.
As she entered the Assembly, LDK MP Vjosa Osmani told the media that they were not responsible for the situation that had arisen.
“We are not to blame,” Osmani told reporters. The session is expected to resume shortly.
