According to the same sources, Hyseni spent the day in Kosovo before being handed over to the Albanian authorities at Vërmica, where she was detained.
The news comes after Albania’s Prime Minister, Edi Rama, announced earlier that he had dismissed SHISH director Vlora Hyseni from her post.
The decision was made public several hours after it was announced that the Special Prosecution had requested her suspension from office and that she be placed under house arrest.
