VLEN: The 2026 Operational Plan makes 40 million euros available for employment and businesses

With the announcement of the public call for the self-employment measure, implementation of the 2026 Operational Plan for Employment has begun, which VLEN describes as one of the most important assets of its governance in the economy and employment sector.

According to VLEN, young people up to the age of 29 can receive support of up to 10 thousand euros to start their own business, while for people over 29, support of up to 7 thousand euros has been предусмотрено. Meanwhile, for citizens who choose to establish a company jointly, the amount of support can reach up to 20 thousand euros.

VLEN emphasizes that the well-being of citizens remains the top priority, while employment is considered an essential part of it, offering young people opportunities to create, develop, and build their future in their homeland.

The 2026 Operational Plan is worth around 40 million euros and provides support for more than 10 thousand citizens through measures that include self-employment, the creation of new jobs, training, professional internships, as well as support for young people, persons with disabilities, and other categories in need of assistance.

According to VLEN, these policies aim to reduce unemployment and increase well-being, with the state supporting the citizen by creating job opportunities and helping those who want to build their future in their own country.

Applications for the self-employment measure remain open until July 3. VLEN calls on young men and women to take advantage of this opportunity and apply at employment centers across the country, VLEN said./Telegrafi/
