A Bell 206 helicopter crashed to the ground moments after taking off from the runway at an airport in Utah, US. The accident was captured by security cameras.
The incident occurred on May 23 at Cedar City Regional Airport while the aircraft was being used for a training flight. According to the US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the 32-year-old instructor lost control immediately after takeoff.

The video shows the helicopter rising into the air and, just seconds later, slamming into the ground. The impact caused it to bounce before sliding and spinning uncontrollably along the taxiway.
The tail section also broke off during the crash, while the helicopter continued spinning until it came to a stop, leaving behind a cloud of dust and debris.
The NTSB investigation determined that the crash was caused by the instructor losing control, rather than a mechanical problem with the helicopter.
Despite the force of the impact, the 32-year-old instructor and the 25-year-old trainee sustained only minor injuries. Their names have not been released.
