University union supports student boycott, Kovaçi calls on lecturers: Let us gather in protest every day!

The leadership of the University Union has declared its support for the students’ boycott and called on lecturers and academic staff to join the protests taking place against the government.

Aleksandër Kovaçi said that, in view of the continuation of the students’ boycott and protest, the union would support them by also placing the academic staff at their disposal through a boycott of the teaching process.

He also called on all lecturers and members of the professorship to gather every day in front of the Polytechnic building to express their support for the student movement.

“The leadership of the University Union, seeing the situation of the students’ boycott and the continuation of their protest, declares its support for the boycott, and all members of the academic staff are at the students’ disposal through the boycott of classes. We will be here every day. It is a boycott, and I call on the entire professorship to gather every day in front of the Polytechnic and demonstrate our support for the students’ protest,” Kovaçi said.
