A traffic accident on the Mavrovo-Rostusha main road left two people injured, the Ministry of Interior reported.

According to the report filed on 31 August 2026 at 6:00 p.m. with the Gostivar Department of Internal Affairs, the collision occurred at an intersection on this road. The accident involved a passenger vehicle, a “BMW” with Strumica license plates, driven by I.Xh. (31) from the village of Dorlombas in Strumica, and a “MAN” transport vehicle with a trailer and Vinica license plates, driven by M.U. (30) from Delčevo.
Both drivers sustained serious bodily injuries, which were confirmed at the Emergency Center in Gostivar.
The accident site was inspected by the investigative team of the Gostivar Department of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Interior said./Telegrafi/
