A White House official has confirmed that President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky are scheduled to meet on Tuesday in the American capital.

Zelensky announced that the Ukrainian military has carried out new operations against strategically important targets inside the Russian Federation. He emphasized that a focused campaign is continuing against logistics centers that supply the occupying forces with drone parts, navigation systems, and other weaponry.
In particular, the Ukrainian president mentioned the strike on a military equipment factory in the city of Kirov, which produces parts for aircraft and missiles used in the offensive against Ukraine. In parallel, it was reported that an oil facility was also hit, located about 1,350 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
“What is of particular importance is the ongoing operation against Russian logistical structures, which supply the occupying army with drone components, navigation equipment, and military hardware,” Zelensky stated via a Telegram message.
As of now, the Russian side has not given any official reaction to the claims made by Kyiv.
