United States President Donald Trump has said that Washington has given Iran “many chances,” while expressing doubts about the validity of any potential agreement with Tehran.

During a telephone interview with Fox News, Trump said that an agreement with Iran would have no value.
“I think an agreement with them isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. We gave them many chances.”
He also warned that Iran would face consequences if it carried out retaliatory attacks against the United States.
According to Fox News, the American president said that an Iranian military response would lead to the “complete annihilation” of Iran.
Trump also claimed that U.S. forces had struck and destroyed Iran’s important radar equipment.
Fox News correspondent Trey Yingst reported that Trump had said the United States had also hit systems that Iran was trying to rebuild after previous attacks.
“This is a very big strike today. If it happens for a third time, they will be completely destroyed as a country.”
