Three undocumented migrants, citizens of Sudan, were discovered by the Customs Administration during an inspection of a truck at the Customs Complex in Skopje. The vehicle was transporting goods presented for import customs clearance.

According to a statement from Customs, the migrants were found by officers from the Skopje 1 Customs Office after they conducted a detailed inspection of the declared cargo.
The goods, originating from China, had been loaded at the port of Thessaloniki, after which the truck was secured with a Greek customs seal. The three Sudanese citizens had cut the cable at the front of the cargo area and climbed in among the boxes to hide.
Customs said this was the fourth case involving the discovery of undocumented migrants in the past three months. The individuals were handed over to the Ministry of the Interior./Telegrafi/
