Taravari: ASH can return to government only on the basis of a new agreement

The leader of the Alliance for Albanians, Arben Taravari, has stated that VLEN, in his view, decides nothing and that it is not aware of developments because “they are not there at all.”

Speaking on the show “Debat në Shenja,” Taravari said that they “are not first at all” and that they have no information about what is happening. According to him, attack is often used as the best form of defense and, as he said, they can only launch attacks. He added that he cannot say that during DUI’s time there was no influence from Serbia or the Open Balkans.

Taravari stressed that they had together sent DUI into opposition and that this, in his view, had been a very good move, recalling that two years have now passed. He called on them to act, saying that if DUI brought in Serbia, then they should remove it if they have influence, while adding that he knows well “who does not ask you anything.”

Asked whether the Alliance for Albanians could return to the Government, Taravari said it is humiliating to go back to where you came out from, but he did not rule out such a possibility if a new agreement is reached.

He clarified that this could be discussed only if there were a new agreement, which would include at least guarantees for the start of negotiations with the EU and for constitutional changes. Otherwise, according to Taravari, there is nothing to discuss.
