Situation escalates on the boulevard as police point rubber bullet guns at protesters

The “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard remains one of the most tense areas of the clashes, as the situation on the ground has deteriorated significantly.

After hours of tear gas, water cannons, Molotov cocktails and mass detentions, even more critical moments have been recorded. Footage shows two law enforcement officers holding guns loaded with rubber bullets and pointing them directly at groups of young people and protesters.

The incident shows the escalation of the violent measures being taken on the ground. Meanwhile, hundreds of citizens remain exposed to the risk of physical injury due to the use of rubber bullet guns at close range.
