SHISH chief Vlora Hyseni arrives at the Tirana Police Directorate as charges are being communicated to her

Vlora Hyseni’s surrender, just hours after the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) issued an official statement announcing the charges against her, was the focus of evening programs today. It was reported that, at around 10:00 p.m. tonight, Vlora Hyseni arrived in Tirana, at the Police Directorate, where the charges against her are being communicated.

Journalist Merin Maçi, speaking from the studio of “Opinion” on TV Klan, reported that Vlora Hyseni is currently at the Tirana Police Directorate.

“As I speak, sources tell me that Vlora Hyseni has arrived in Tirana and is at the Police Directorate, where the charges are being communicated to her. It cannot be ruled out that the former head of SHISH may have made vehicles available to Gys Agasi so that he could move freely around the country,” journalist Merin Maçi said.

Meanwhile, during tonight’s “Opinion” panel, which included journalist Artan Hoxha, journalist Klodiana Lala, analyst Berat Buzhala and journalist Merin Maçi, who reported that the head of SHISH had arrived in Tirana, suspicions were raised that, in addition to supporting Ergys Agasi, Vlora Hyseni may also have had a romantic relationship with him.

Also tonight, President of the Republic Bajram Begaj decreed Vlora Hyseni’s dismissal from her post as Director of the State Intelligence Service. The decree came after Prime Minister Edi Rama requested her removal from office from across the ocean.

As we reported today, according to SPAK’s official statement, the security measures “House arrest” and “Suspension from exercising a public duty or service” have been imposed on Vlora Hyseni as a person under investigation for the criminal offenses provided for under Articles 302/2 and 295/a/1 of the Criminal Code.

Articles 302/2 and 295/a/1 of the Criminal Code concern supporting the perpetrator of a crime, in this case Ergys Agasi, so that he can evade being sought, captured or arrested, as well as the disclosure of secret acts or data and the provision of information classified as secret to third parties, again in this case Ergys Agasi.

Vlora Hyseni is accused of these two criminal offenses, and the two security measures mentioned above have been imposed on her.
