A 50-year-old man was fatally struck by a car driven by a 42-year-old man. The incident occurred last night (August 3) on the Lezhë-Milot road.

Police said they escorted the driver to the station, where he was questioned to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
Statement:
“At around 11:00 p.m., on the Lezhë-Milot road, a vehicle driven by citizen A. P., approximately 42 years old, struck pedestrian citizen G. T., approximately 50 years old, who died. The vehicle’s driver, citizen A. P., was escorted to the premises of the Lezhë Police Commissariat for further procedural actions,” police said.
Meanwhile, the investigative team is working to fully document the circumstances of the accident and determine its cause.
