During the 72nd protest, activist and environmentalist Sazan Guri called for the continuation of the resistance and for carrying out what he called the “third encirclement” of the Prime Minister’s Office and Parliament.

According to Guri, the opposition should take three forms: democratic, moral and physical encirclement.
“The first encirclement is the democratic one. We appear to be 10,000, but we are many more. The second encirclement is the moral one. The third encirclement should be the physical one: the Prime Minister’s Office and Parliament should be surrounded so that they cannot carry through the criminal acts they have undertaken against this country,” Guri said.
Claiming that the political class is acting together against the country’s interests, he called on the protesters not to end the resistance.
