Sasho Klekovski’s asset declaration: Apartments in Skopje, business shares and mortgage loan

The State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) has made public the asset declaration of Health Minister Sasho Klekovski.

According to official data, the minister’s assets include real estate, stakes in private companies, dividend income and a loan liability to a bank.

Klekovski has declared ownership of a 99-square-metre apartment in the Municipality of Karposh. The property, acquired through a construction contract, is valued at 12 million denars, or approximately 195,000 euros.

Also registered in the minister’s name is a 42-square-metre apartment in Gazi Baba, which he acquired through inheritance. Meanwhile, his wife is a co-owner of a 58-square-metre apartment in Karposh.

In the business sector, Klekovski and his wife hold shares in A&M DOO Skopje. The minister owns 25 shares with a nominal value of 1,500 euros, while his wife holds 75 shares with a nominal value of 4,500 euros.

In addition to his stake in A&M DOO, the minister has also declared shares in the companies Adriatik Konsalting grupa and M prospekt DOO.

Dividend income represents another significant part of the declaration. Klekovski reported personal net income of 1 million denars, equivalent to more than 16,000 euros.

As Minister of Health, he receives a net monthly salary of 120,000 denars. His wife declares monthly income of 35,000 denars from A&M DOO.

The couple’s children also have income from employment in the civil sector. One of them earns 46,999 denars at the Macedonian Foundation for International Cooperation (MRFP), while the other is paid 37,000 denars at the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCMS).

In addition to the declared assets, the minister has a personal mortgage loan worth 1,800,000 denars, approximately 30,000 euros. The loan was taken out in 2019 and is scheduled to be repaid by August 2029.

The Klekovski family also owns a SEAT Ibiza, manufactured in 2007 and registered in his wife’s name. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was valued at 800,000 denars.
