Salianji accuses Rama over SHISH: Balluku keeps her government post through political will – crime groups have taken control of institutions!

MP Ervin Salianji has come out publicly with serious accusations against the executive led by Edi Rama, stating that the State Intelligence Service has fallen into the hands of criminal structures, while state bodies remain unaccountable for the violations that, according to him, are taking place.

Speaking in the studio of the program “Prime News24” on News24, Salianji described the case as one of the most turbid episodes in the country’s history, placing the weight of responsibility on the prime minister’s shoulders.

Part of his discussion also focused on the procedure for selecting Vlora Hyseni to head SHISH – a decision he claims to have opposed since 2023, when it was debated in the Security Commission. His remarks also included references to her statements before the parliamentary inquiry regarding the TIMS scandal.

Salianji argued that a network of individuals – including Ergys Agasi, Ermal Beqiri, and figures close to the company “Soft Solution” – has manipulated the behavior of the TIMS system and exerted influence over the leadership hierarchies of the public administration.

According to his statements, this technological tool has served organized crime figures to pass unhindered at customs points. In support of his thesis, he cited statements made before the TIMS investigative commission, lamenting that some of the accusations have still not been fully pursued by SPAK.

“We are facing a situation without global precedent – the capture of SHISH by serious mafia. And the only one responsible here is Edi Rama. We are not simply talking about a service director who pursued personal interests or violated legal provisions, but about an entire filter of administrative leaders placed in positions by Ergys Agasi, Rama’s former coordinator in relations with the criminal world. I misinterpreted Vlora Hyseni as early as 2023 in the Security Commission and later saw her testify before the TIMS commission, where the same alliance – Ermal Beqiri, “Soft Solution”, Agasi and the entire top of the State Police, with the support of SHISH – also remains unclear, but an extraordinary testimony is known that remained buried by SPAK, even though Dumani sent them documents in time from prison itself. The IT director at the State Police openly declared that this network has carried out manipulations in the foundation of the TIMS system, causing that for certain names of organized crime, even when the document was submitted at the border, the figures turned out blank. This device was used to protect and give rewards to crime groups, but also to exert pressure on other organizations. Faced with mistaken perceptions that SHISH deals with trivialities, the reality is that it holds in its hands complete data on every name of organized crime and on every individual it tracks. These are vital resources for the country. Instead of supporting the work of the Police and Prosecution to catch fugitives, it not only extends a hand to them, but also comes to their defense against the conclusion of the criminal process. This is a defeat of the state. And let us not forget the case of Balluku, who keeps her government post only through political will,” he stressed, among other things.
