Erjon Vishkulli, 28, who was seriously injured in the eye during yesterday’s protest after being hit by a rubber bullet fired by police, suffered a hemorrhage during surgery yesterday.
According to sources, the operation has been postponed until today, while the rubber bullet reportedly has still not been removed from the young man’s eye.
