Rrustemi calls for an agreement on the president: Kosovo does not need a midnight spectacle

Adnan Rrustemi, a deputy from the Vetëvendosje Movement, told Kosovapres that Kosovo needs institutional stability instead of clashes on the political scene.

According to Rrustemi, the country does not need theatrical performances or midnight spectacles, but an agreement on the president. He said the president cannot be elected because the opposition is refusing to cooperate.

The deputy called on political parties to sit down together and reach a solution, stressing that the crisis can be overcome only through an agreement on the president.

Rrustemi called for the political entities to agree today, tomorrow or as soon as possible on a consensual, nonpartisan president. He stressed that only this agreement would overcome the crisis and create stability, while reiterating his invitation to the three Albanian political parties to sit down and find common ground on the president.
