Zejnullah Gashi’s nomination for the post of Chief State Prosecutor has been officially submitted to the Presidency of Kosovo by the Prosecutorial Council (KPK).
The KPK announced that after a meeting held today, it forwarded all relevant documentation to the acting President, Albulena Haxhiu.

According to the statement, the nomination is accompanied by the complete documentation of the selection process, from the start of the procedure to the final decision of the KPK.
With this submission, the procedure now moves to the processing stage by the Presidency, while further steps will be taken in accordance with the powers and deadlines set out in the legislation in force.
