Professor Enver Bytyçi: Edi Rama is acting like a dictator

Professor Enver Bytyçi has compared Albania’s prime minister, Edi Rama, to former dictator Enver Hoxha, claiming that in the book “Albania Files” Rama admitted to, and even took pride in, actions that he considers harmful to Albania, Kosovo, and the Albanian nation.

In a public reaction, Bytyçi also directed criticism at SPAK, claiming that this institution is no longer functioning as a mechanism of justice and is not investigating these issues.

Bytyçi’s statement:

In his writings, the Albanian dictator Enver Hoxha constantly mentioned the wishes and orders he had given during the Second World War, as well as during the communist period, for the physical elimination of his political opponents. These passages in his books were presented as boasts about the criminal acts he had committed. He openly admitted that the liquidation of political opponents constituted an essential policy of his government and his party. For these declarations, if he were still alive, he could be sentenced to life imprisonment. Witnesses would not even be needed. Ramiz Alia did not make this blunder!

Today, according to him, there is another dictator who has proudly published the book of his macabre crimes against Albania. Edi Rama. In the book “Albania Files,” promoted a few months ago, according to him all of the anti-Albanian projects of Albania’s prime minister are clearly presented, a man whom the distinguished and immoral architects of today’s world in the West and the East called “King”! According to him, they even asked for him to be declared president for life, and why not even king.

While dictator Hoxha is no longer alive to face prison, this little dictator of the present day, according to him, continues to boast about his crimes and betrayals against Albania, Kosovo, and the Albanian nation. This is happening because SPAK has ceased to be an instrument of justice.
