Powerful March in the Heart of Tirana / Appeal to the Judiciary and Calls for a Revolution Against the Government

After the speeches outside the government headquarters concluded, the crowd continued marching along the capital’s main thoroughfares, keeping up its powerful chants against the executive.

The gathered citizens are demanding not only the departure of Prime Minister Edi Rama, but the removal of the entire political establishment. As they marched through the streets of Tirana, they sent clear messages to judicial institutions, calling for impartial investigations and concrete action against the government.

Organized and chanting continuously, the participants repeatedly shouted the main slogans of the protest in unison: “Down with the dictatorship!”, “Your end has come!”, “Albania demands a revolution!” and “Albania belongs to the youth, not the party!”
