Photo from Berlin Process meeting brings together four Albanians, Serbian minister absent

A photograph taken during the Berlin Process ministerial meeting in Cetinje, Montenegro has drawn attention due to the particular composition of participants.

Among those present in the photo are Besar Durmishi, North Macedonia’s Minister of Economy and Labor, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, Kosovo’s Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, Nik Gjeloshaj, Montenegro’s Minister of Economic Development, and Delina Ibrahimaj, Albania’s Minister of Economy and Innovation.

Thus, four Albanian representatives from four different countries in the region appeared in the same image.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that Adrijana Mesarović, Serbia’s Minister of Economy, was not part of the joint photograph of Western Balkan ministers.

The image taken in Cetinje has been interpreted as a symbolic moment reflecting the presence of Albanian representatives in regional discussions on economic cooperation and within the framework of the Berlin Process. (INA)
