Political analyst Lulzim Peci said Kosovo must engage in in-depth talks with the countries that sponsored the establishment of the Specialist Chambers, with the aim of achieving concrete results in this process.

According to Peci, Pristina’s positions are necessary but insufficient unless accompanied by direct communication with the states that supported the establishment of the Special Court.
“If we think we can move forward without the states that sponsored the establishment of this Court and without holding more in-depth talks with them, then we are mistaken.
Our positions are essential, but without the actors that sponsored the establishment of this Court, we will not achieve any results,” Peci said.
