PDK Presidency Determines Its Future Political Positions and Actions

The Presidency of the Democratic Party of Kosovo held its regular meeting, where it reviewed the latest political situation in the country and the steps the party will take going forward.

During the meeting, the PDK Parliamentary Group was commended for its commitment to defending the Constitution, the rule of law and democratic principles in Kosovo.

The members of the Presidency concluded that violations of the Constitution, decisions of the Constitutional Court and the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of Kosovo are evident. According to them, these actions undermine the foundations of Kosovo as a democratic and parliamentary state.

PDK Chairman Bedri Hamza said that protecting the Constitution, institutions and the democratic order is a shared obligation. He stressed that the PDK remains committed to fulfilling this responsibility.

The Presidency announced that it would closely monitor the continuation of political developments and take the necessary measures to protect constitutionalism, democracy and parliamentarianism in Kosovo.
