PDK: Changing the law on the Special Court should not be linked to the election of the president

PDK parliamentary group leader Arian Tahiri said at a press conference on Tuesday that responsibility for the election of the president lies with Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

He stressed that the PDK’s priority is changing the law on the Special Court, emphasizing that this process is unrelated to the election of the president or the possibility of holding new elections.

“Albin Kurti bears responsibility for the election of the president and for going to new elections. The idea of linking this law to the president should not even be considered. The law is our national obligation,” Tahiri said.
