Parliamentary committee to review money laundering prevention and annual budget bills in Assembly today

The Committee on the Rights and Interests of Communities and Returns will meet at 09:30 in the Assembly premises.

The meeting will focus on seven agenda items, notably the review of a bill to amend and supplement the current law on preventing money laundering, as well as a bill on budget appropriations for this year.

The full agenda includes the following items:

1. Approval of the agenda;

2. Approval of the minutes of the session held on 06.10.2026;

3. Review of Bill No. 11/L-017 amending and supplementing Law No. 05/L-096 on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Combating Terrorist Financing, from the perspective of the rights and interests of communities;

4. Assessment of the Committee’s scope of work;

5. Review of the Committee’s Work Plan for autumn 2026;

6. Discussion of Bill No. 11/L-013 amending and supplementing Law No. 10/L-001 on budget appropriations for the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for 2026;

7. Any other business.
