Meanwhile, 38 students have enrolled in the Macedonian-language classes, also organized into three classes. The school has 17 students in Turkish, organized into one class.
The enrollment figures are as follows:
78 Albanian students – 3 classes
38 Macedonian students – 3 classes
17 Turkish students – 1 class
With this arrangement, an average of 26 students per class will study in the Albanian-language classes, while the Macedonian-language classes will have around 13 students per class.
It is precisely this difference in class sizes that has prompted discussion about the possibility of creating a fourth Albanian-language class. Such a division would distribute the 78 students more evenly and provide more suitable conditions for the teaching process.
If four classes were created, the average would be around 19–20 students per class.
It remains to be seen whether the opening of a fourth Albanian-language class will be considered during the organization of the teaching process at this school.
