NAMES/ Major operation against property misappropriation, Durrës Cadastre Office targeted: 12 security measures for officials, former officials and beneficiaries

A major operation has put the State Cadastre Agency in Durrës at the center of attention, where suspicions indicate that a network made up of officials, former officials and private individuals involved in the misappropriation of properties using forged documents has been uncovered.

The court has ordered a total of 12 security measures, including “Arrest in prison,” “House arrest” and “Obligation to appear before the judicial police.”

The operation has led to the enforcement of these measures against individuals suspected of acting together to illegally transfer large areas of state land into the ownership of private individuals.
