Moza Ahmeti: If you provide h*rmones for 13-year-olds, either you’re stupid or you’ve become commercialized

The well-known poet and also the winner of the record-breaking show Ferma VIP 3, Mimoza Ahmeti, has expressed outrage over the hormone therapy service for people over the age of 13.

Invited to the studio of the program QUO VADIS, hosted by Pranvera Borakaj, Mimoza said that it is not normal to provide hormones for 13-14-year-old children at a time when their basic needs, such as food and clothing, have not been secured.

“Is it right to abandon sacrifice or sublimation for a career? It is not right. Is it right to go through the school of the family? It is a miracle. Because the pandemic struck, what was left to society? Wars are fought, what is left to society? Nothing is left to it, the family becomes protection. You may say, ‘but the system stems from the family.’ It stems from the family, but the system still has not found another option. And these options it is offering us with these hormones are options through which the system will reproduce itself with its own comforts, but they are not options that will truly help humanity with that delay of desires it has, to create a family, children. Instead, it pursues its own goals.

Because if you provide hormones for a 13-14-year-old child at a time when you have not secured bread, food, and normal-class clothing for the whole child society, then either you are stupid, or you have become commercialized to the point that you see only your own commercial goals and present these things to us as human rights,’ said Mimoza Ahmeti.
