Andin Hoti, Minister of Labor, Family, and Values of the Liberation War, held a meeting today with the Ombudsperson, Naim Qelaj. The focus of the conversation was topics related to the ministry’s scope of activity and the protection of citizens’ rights.
According to a press release, during the meeting the parties shared views on the issues that the Ombudsperson has addressed and continues to deal with, which fall under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Labor, Family, and Values of the Liberation War.

Appreciating the contribution of the institution in strengthening the rule of law, institutional accountability, and protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, Minister Hoti expressed commitment to cooperate with the Institution of the Ombudsperson, the announcement states.
