Middle East War, US Strikes Again Near Bandar Abbas Port and Iran’s Qeshm Island

The US military has launched a new wave of strikes against Iranian missile and air defense systems, as well as small military vessels, in several areas around the Strait of Hormuz.

Iranian media report that a series of explosions has been recorded at the port of Bandar Abbas, in southern Iran, as well as in the maritime area around Qeshm Island. According to the same sources, 11 strikes were carried out.

So far there is no official information on material damage, injuries, or casualties.

The latest escalation comes after Iran struck American military targets in Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates.

In recent hours, Oman announced it had summoned the Iranian ambassador to present a formal protest regarding the attacks.

Qatar’s Foreign Ministry also reacted through a statement, describing the strikes on its territory as a blatant violation of sovereignty and international law.

According to Qatari authorities, the continuation of these aggressive actions constitutes a dangerous escalation that risks undermining efforts to reduce tensions in the region.

Qatar added that it considers Iran legally responsible for the attack and for any consequences that may arise from it.
