Mickoski emphasizes the importance of reforms for advancing North Macedonia’s European path

Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski announced that today a working meeting was held focused on the Reform Agenda and the journey towards the European Union. The meeting was also addressed, via a virtual link, by Gert Jan Kopman, head of the Directorate-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood at the European Commission.

During the discussions, the achievements so far, the upcoming phases and inter-institutional coordination were reviewed, with the aim that reforms move forward efficiently, within deadlines and in line with the set objectives, according to the prime minister’s statement.

Mickoski further stressed that their commitment remains full towards institutional modernization, providing higher quality services to the population and accelerating the country’s membership in the European family.
