Izet Mexhiti, Mayor of the Municipality of Çair, held an official meeting today with Austria’s Ambassador to Skopje, Martin Pammer, during which they discussed the latest developments and the potential for advancing mutual cooperation.
In an official statement, Mexhiti said the conversation was marked by a friendly atmosphere and an open dialogue on issues of shared importance.

“I had the pleasure of receiving Austrian Ambassador Mr Martin Pammer in my office today. We had a meaningful exchange of ideas on the current situation and the opportunities to further deepen our relations in sectors of mutual interest. Austria continues to be a valued ally and a strong supporter on our journey toward Europe,” Mexhiti wrote.
He also highlighted Austria’s unwavering contribution to North Macedonia, underlining the need to intensify coordination in integration efforts, as well as in initiatives that directly serve the needs of citizens.
