Meteorologist Hakil Osmani reveals weather surprises for October

Renowned meteorologist Hakil Osmani has forecast the weather for the weekend and for the month of October in general. Speaking live on Euronews, Osmani said that this weekend would be largely stable, with long sunny intervals, while temperatures would rise during the early morning hours.

As for October in general, temperatures during the first 15 days of the month are expected to remain within normal ranges.

Regarding cloud cover and rainfall, the meteorologist said that there would be only two episodes of rain during the month, which are expected to occur next weekend.

“This weekend will continue to bring cool mornings across our country, meaning that minimum temperatures in cities in mountainous areas, although they are expected to recover slightly, will fluctuate between 8 and 9°C, while in the western lowlands, early-morning minimums will range from 13°C to no more than 17 or 18°C along the coastline.

As for the midday hours, we will see an immediate rise in air temperatures, with maximums expected to reach 27 or 28°C both today and tomorrow.

Those who have the opportunity to relax this weekend, including along the coastline, certainly can do so, as temperatures will be quite comfortable from 10:00 a.m. until at least around 3 or 4 p.m.

Weather conditions will be quite comfortable, with long sunny intervals beginning in the early morning and lasting until the afternoon. Later in the day, light cloud cover is expected in mountainous areas, but no rain is forecast.

As for October, when it comes to air temperatures, the early-morning hours are close to normal values, but around 1.5 degrees higher, as there will be days with relatively cool temperatures during the first 15 days of the month. Fortunately, temperatures will rise in the early-morning hours next week, resulting in an even greater difference between normal minimum temperatures and those we will experience.
